Luke Phillips
Principal Representative
Luke Philllips is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Jamaica and has significant experience handling complex local and cross-border commercial transactions. Luke prides himself on efficiency and always aims to give his clients the most cost-effective solution to their legal issues. Highly regarded and exceptionally thorough, Luke is an attorney who has represented many of the largest organizations in Jamaica. Additionally, he prides himself on working closely with new businesses and foreign investors by helping them navigate the unique regulatory environment of Jamaica.
Luke believes in contributing to the development of the legal profession in Jamaica and currently tutors at the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies Mona Campus. He has also authored several articles on legal issues which have been published in the local newspapers and elsewhere.
Luke is also licenced as an individual under the Trust and Corporate Services Provider’s Act and is the principal Representative of Trusted Corporate Services Limited.
Damali Morgan
Risk Officer
Damali Morgan is our Risk Manager with over seven years of experience in the financial services sector, serving in a variety of leadership roles. He has led a Risk Management Team within an investment company, worked as a Business Consulting Manager at EY, and served as a Risk Officer with Bermuda's financial regulator, which oversees a broad range of financial institutions, including trust and corporate service providers.
Damali has delivered company-wide and regional risk management training and remains actively involved in Jamaica’s risk management community through his partnership with Periculum Management Services
